Thank you for supporting my small business! Each product is created with care, and I want you to love your purchase. 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

If you experience an issue with your download, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.

Physical Products

Each physical product is carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Because our physical products are handmade and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been started or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
